• What are the different types of rooms in your hospital and what are the charges?

    • Platinum Suite: On the first floor of the hospital is specially designed for those patients who give lot of significant to their privacy and comfort. The suite has Two elegant rooms, attached bath, sofa-cum bed; mini fridge, Two TVs which are plasma TVs, telephone-intercom connection. It has also the facility to accommodate the relative and the patient’s comfort with confidence feelings. For prevailing charges click here. • Special Rooms: On the first floor there are 7 (seven) Special rooms. This is an exclusive room with attached bath, sofa-cum bed, Plasma TV, Telephone and a comfortable patient’s care. For prevailing charges click here. • Semi Special Rooms: These are Twin Sharing facilities:- 2 (Two) rooms are semi special rooms having facility to accommodate two patients. These rooms are with attached bath, sofa-cum bed, Plasma TV, Telephone and a comfortable patients’ care. For prevailing charges click here. • Economy Rooms: 3 (Three) rooms are made for economy facility. These are having attached bath, chairs for patients’ relatives, and comfortable facilities for the treatment of the patients. For prevailing charges click here. • Day Care: There are 4 beds as Day Care treatment. Patients are admitted and discharged at the same day. Post-Operative: 8 Beds.

  • How are bed charges calculated?

    Bed charges are calculated from 8:00 am to 8:00 am irrespective of the time of admission. If the discharge is delayed by 11:00 am, you will be charged a day’s bed charge.

  • How should one reserve an OT or a bed?

    The treating doctor has to reserve the OT for the patient. Beds are given to the more needy patients on the first come first serve basis. Kindly appreciate that we do not have the bed booking system.

  • What is “Day-Care”?

    As the technology is advancing, the stay in the hospital is reducing. There are many procedures which can be done without a patient being admitted. Day-care caters to patients undergoing surgeries/procedures that do not require an overnight stay in hospital. All minor, intermediate, major procedures e.g. Lithotripsy can be performed in Day-care.

  • Where is Day-Care located?

    The Day-Care is located on first floor of the hospital, which is open 24 hours, even on all holidays.

  • What is the actual mode of admission?

    After telephonic confirmation of the bed availability, you may bring the patient along with the prescription and deposit or if you have any credit facility, kindly bring your letter of Authority from your company. After fulfilling the formalities at the Admission counter, where you will be given an Admission number, kindly quote the same for any query. You should be guided to the floor/room allotted. PRO is allocated for special class and above rooms, for the ease and comfort of the patient. Special facilities are given to the Platinum Suite Room Class patients.   • What are the visiting hours?

    The visiting hours are since 4 pm to 6 pm on all the days & on Sunday 10 am to 11 am. For the ICU, is also the same timing

  • How many passes do you issue?

    To control the infection, crowd and noise level, you will appreciate that we issue only one attendant pass for all the classes. One visitor pass for common economy & twin sharing, Two visitors Passes for Special and Platinum Suite. All passes are to be surrendered at the billing counter at the time of discharge.

  • Do you have emergency charges?

    Emergency charges @ 2 times the routine rate will be applicable for any test/procedure done on Sundays/Public Holidays/After working hours of respective department.
